After we've made the drag hot route for the running back we motion him to the left.
With the running back to the left of quarterback now we are able to attack the flats much quicker.
The last step we take is optional, but we like to hot route the tight end to stay back and block just in case our opponent is sending extra pressure. Now we are ready to begin the play.
Our we take the snap with the quarterback our receivers begin heading upfield. Meanwhile, our tight end looks to make a block on any approaching defenders on the backside of the offensive line.
Your first read is a quick pass to the streaking (B) receiver over the middle. The (B) receiver will also be your last read for a deep pass if for some reason no one else was open. Next, we look to hit the running back in the flats underneath.
